The Stewards Strategy: Using our Professions to Serve Christ
Rorisang Tshabalala
Virtual | Microsoft Teams
At Prosciples, we believe our professions are more than just a means of income or personal success — they are God-given opportunities to serve Him, influence society, and participate in His redemptive work.
For many professionals, however, the daily pressures of targets, responsibilities, and career advancement can make it difficult to see how faith connects with work in a meaningful and practical way.
Our next session, The Stewards’ Strategy, is designed to speak directly into this tension. We will explore the relevance of strategy, innovation, and stewardship in our professional and business contexts.
This conversation is particularly relevant for professionals seeking to: (1) Align their career ambitions with their faith, ensuring that professional success also reflects Christ-centered purpose. (2) Navigate risk and uncertainty in the workplace while maintaining integrity and Christ-centred values. (3) Leverage their influence and expertise strategically to make a positive, redemptive impact in their industries and communities. (4) Reimagine work as stewardship, moving beyond self-interest to serving God’s Kingdom through daily practice.
