Our Vision

is to see equipped and empowered Christian young professionals thriving in their careers, leading with integrity, and positively impacting their communities, guided by timeless biblical principles to integrate their faith seamlessly into their professional endeavours.

Our Mission

is to create a platform for young professionals to integrate into a networked community of Christian professionals [both young and old] to learn from each other and from God’s word for their good and for the good of the Church and Society, all for the glory of God!

Our Strategy

Christ-loving professionals from all cities, churches and professions

Impacting the lives of Christian professionals through fostering a community of Christ-loving professionals across cities, churches and professions, united in their love for Christ and loving one another through shared support, fellowship and discipleship.

Through strategic partnerships, we provide access to a wide range of resources and opportunities, focused on both spiritual and professional needs, leading to Christ being glorified through our careers.

Grounded in the timeless truths of the faith

By cultivating a strong support network of fellow believers, seeking out mentors who share their faith-based values, and staying grounded in prayer and reflection, Christian professionals can find strength and guidance in their journey of faith and professional growth.

By staying grounded in the timeless truths of the faith found in the Bible, Christian professionals can weather the storms of the workplace and emerge stronger and more steadfast in their commitment to honouring God in all aspects of their lives.

How we achieve this

Core pillars of our community

01.
Seminars and Talks

By inviting guest speakers, industry experts, and seasoned professionals to share their insights and experiences, young professionals can be equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to honour God through their work and make a positive impact in their professional spheres.

02.
Fellowship and Social Events

Events for professionals to connect with peers who share their faith and values. Whether it’s through games nights, braais, or outings and holiday trips, these events provide a space for Christian professionals to build relationships, share experiences, and encourage one another in their faith journey.

03.
Mentorship

By pairing Christian professionals with experienced mentors who share their faith-based values, mentors provide invaluable guidance, support, and wisdom to Christian professionals. Mentors offer practical advice on navigating workplace challenges, insights into integrating faith into professional life, and encouragement.

04.
Networking Events

Relationship building opportunities through industry-specific networking events and professional conferences for professionals to expand their professional circles whilst staying true to their faith. These opportunities not only open doors for career advancement but also provide a support system of like-minded professionals who can disciple and encourage one another.

Societal focus areas

Committed to growing the Kingdom

Recognising the importance of supporting the next generation of believers, we actively engage in initiatives to empower students, mentor graduates, and support local churches.

Supporting Student Ministry

Recognising the formative impact of university years on students' faith journeys, we strive to partner with campus ministries to provide guidance, mentorship, and resources to students. Through financial support, volunteer opportunities, and collaborative events, our aim is to help campus ministries reach more students, strengthen their programs, and create vibrant communities of faith on campus.

Mentoring Graduates

As young professionals transition from university to the workplace, they often face uncertainties and challenges as they navigate their careers and integrate their faith into their professional lives. To support graduating students during this critical phase of life, we intend to offer mentorship programs that pair experienced professionals with recent graduates. Mentors provide guidance, advice, and encouragement to help graduates navigate the transition to the workplace, make informed career decisions, and stay grounded in their Christian faith amidst the demands of professional life.

Supporting Local Churches

Recognizing the vital role that churches play in nurturing faith, building community, and serving the needs of their congregations, we are committed to supporting local churches. Whether it's helping student churches, township churches, or supporting ministries in underserved communities, we strive to be an organisation which volunteers its time and resources to make a difference. By partnering with churches in need, we seek to demonstrate our commitment to strengthening the broader Christian community and ensuring that all believers have access to biblical spiritual support and resources.
