Kingdom Economics

Patrick Kuwana

Virtual | Microsoft Teams

We are delighted to announce that Patrick Kuwana will be returning to lead our next Prosciples virtual discussion on Kingdom Economics. Patrick was our second-ever Prosciples speaker in June 2024, and his session left a deep impression on many of us.

This time, he returns to unpack the topic further, helping us to explore what it truly means to steward our capital wealth and resources in alignment with God’s purposes.

In a world where money “speaks” loudly and often directs the course of societies, Patrick challenges us to consider a profound question:
“What is the money that God has given me to steward saying, and who is it actively working for?”

Patrick argues that wealth is never neutral, it either advances God’s Kingdom or fuels systems rooted in greed, materialism, and exploitation.

During this discussion, Patrick will explore (1) The spiritual dynamics behind global economic systems, (2) How God calls His people to influence wealth and capital flows for Kingdom purposes, (3) The possibility of “supernatural returns” when investing according to God’s agenda, and (4) Practical ways to align our financial and professional stewardship with biblical principles

Who is Patrick Kuwana?

Patrick Kuwana is the founder and CEO of C3 Capital – a redemptive impact-driven venture enabler that seeks to co-create, build, and grow projects and businesses in Africa that carry an agenda to establish alternative biblically based economic and business structures.

His deep desire to see the economic transformation of Africa saw him start Crossover Transformation Group which he has used since 2011 as a platform to develop and partner with leaders and organizations that are committed to unlocking the vast economic potential of Africa by co-creating new sustainable systems of inclusive wealth creation and prosperity through their businesses.

Before setting up Crossover Transformation in 2011 and C3 Capital in 2019, Patrick worked as an executive in several multinational IT firms including Hewleått Packard, Oracle Corporation, and Computer Sciences Corporation.

He also founded several businesses in the sports and technology spheres that he exited in 2010 when he felt God calling Him to leave all that he had achieved using the generally accepted ways of doing business which include greed, pride, self ambition and selfishness, and to crossover to the biblical model for business which is based on generosity, humility, self-sacrifice and dying to self.

Patrick is married to Maude and they have been blessed with two sons.
